As the founder of The FTSQ Gallery, Lena has made it her mission to support talented artists in creating their legacy. Her gallery is not just a space for fine art; it’s a place where artists can feel supported in creating their art no matter the style or medium, because Lena believes “Art is Legacy” and it’s why she simply sees AI as another tool for artists and creatives to master, rather than as a threat to traditional artistry.
Before her launching The FTSQ Gallery, Lena founded F.T.S.Q. Consultancy, a business dedicated to helping non-conformist business owners thrive. Her consultancy focuses on identifying what’s broken, what gaps need to be filled, and what potential remains untapped in businesses. Lena’s approach is anything but conventional—she’s proud to break the mold and challenge the way business has been done for decades.
Leading Creatives WithAI
In August 2024, Lena took on a new challenge as the host of Creatives WithAI, a podcast that explores the intersection of art and artificial intelligence.
Taking over from the founding host, David Brown, Lena is excited to explore how AI is shaping the future of creativity.

In addition to her corporate roles, Lena has always had a passion for entrepreneurship. When she founded Kiwi Girl, which then became Kiwi Gray (now Gray Matters/BD Matters) Lena focused on consultancy services that included marketing, business development, and commercial growth strategies for creative agencies.
This diverse experience has equipped Lena with a deep understanding of both the creative and business sides of the industry, making her an invaluable asset to the Creatives WithAI podcast.
